haptics: cs40l20: update dsp firmware
This updates the DSP firmware from Cirrus Logic to the latest version
that address issues such that if the “start playback” register is
written while playback is already in progress, the subsequent write to
the “stop playback” register is ignored and playback continues
indefinitely.
