Merge changes I65a27a2f,Id0d086d5
* changes:
handle fetch_cvd and fetch_cvd_flags in cvd load .
support folders preparation in cvd load for fetch and launch directories. This design considers: - collision avoidance through unique folders name for each launch - user specific,temporary and short directory name to avoid long path issue (/tmp/..). - a separation between fetch directories and launch directory to facilitate debugging
