MdeModulePkg: Update PropertiesTable for MemoryAttributesTable.
MemoryAttributesTable generation need information in PropertiesTable. In memory attributes table generation path, PropertiesTable need record original memory map and do not merge the new memory map entry cross original memory map boundary.
