db410c: qcomlt-4.14: Add fstab vendor dts entry
Vendor partition is mandatory in AOSP now, even for non-treble
builds. So use cache partition on db410c as vendor partition
instead, cache partition is no longer used in AOSP.

mainline QcomLT USB gadget fixes + an additional Pixel XL's EAS
energy model patch for db820c, copied from:

Run following commands to switch between Gadget and Host modes:
$ su 0 sh -c 'echo host > /sys/bus/platform/devices/ci_hdrc.0/role'
$ su 0 sh -c 'echo gadget > /sys/bus/platform/devices/ci_hdrc.0/role'
