hikey960: Update UEFI bootloader binaries to latest build
This updates the UEFI bootloader binaries to the latest build,
which resolves a number of recently seen issues:
* fastboot flash/fastboot reboot flushing issues
* fastboot reboot-bootloader regression
* corrected product name
* validated "fastboot oem serialno set" as working
Binaries are from the following build:
https://snapshots.linaro.org/96boards/reference-platform/components/uefi-staging/65/hikey960/release/
