hikey: restructure hikey installer
Move hikey installer files to device/linaro/hikey/installer/hikey/
Fixed ANDROID_BUILD_TOP path and hikey-userdebug typo in
installer/hikey/flash-all.sh script.
Changes to be committed:
rename installer/{ => hikey}/README (100%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/fip.bin (100%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/flash-all.sh (95%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/hisi-idt.py (100%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/l-loader.bin (100%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/nvme.img (100%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/ptable-aosp-4g.img (100%)
rename installer/{ => hikey}/ptable-aosp-8g.img (100%)
