There is power leakage if spi pins are not set to low when there is no
power supply for ST33.
Add sysfs so it can be used for dynamically re-configure spi state
according to ST33 power supply condition.

Test: SPI pins are set to low by default.

The drivers for ese devices were delivered
by STMicroelectronics as is.
The nfc drivers also maintained by ST
and were copied from android-gs-pixel-5.10 branch
