ARM: dts: msm: Correct min/max voltage and load current for kona platforms
Correct/Update min max voltages and load current for IO regulator. This helps to provide expected current for the camera sensor for kona platforms. Change-Id: I18ec8b7d35c5ff990e2cb34848078cce355e1634
