qcacmn: Rename pAdapter in epping
The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names and so-called Hungarian notation, so rename pAdapter to align with the Coding Style. Change-Id: Iddd543a9e0fb61a92e0769abb234b93e44f603c2 CRs-Fixed: 2119798
