tests: snapshots: Allow PFT as trace source type for PTM trace sources
The snapshot spec uses "PFT" for the trace type of PTM trace sources as the
protocol is called "PFT". Update the snapshot parser lib to handle this, also
allowing "PTM" as a synonym.
