ADHD: Provide log message when headphone / microphone switch threads exit
Details
If there is no physical jack associated for an headphone or external
microphone the thread which manages the switch will start and then
exit.
This change causes a log message to be emitted when no switch was
located; this message may be useful in diagnosing issues on various
hardware -- for example, waluigi.
