Create docs/glib-config.1 from docs/glib-config.1.in. Makes 'make

	* configure.in: Create docs/glib-config.1 from
	docs/glib-config.1.in. Makes 'make distcheck' happy (and me too).

	* glib-config.1: Removed from CVS, as it is a generated file.
