Extend LIBMTP_device_entry_struct to include character strings for vendor and product insted of just the concatenated name and vendor and product IDs. This is
necessary for full HAL support, as the FDI file now overrides the HAL provided (if at all) info.product and info.vendor, which are very often incorrect.
Also added myself to AUTHORS as a contributor as seems appropriate at this point.
