analysis/residency: Build PID residency data
Now I can accumulate total time spent per-pid per-core:
next:
- augment with tgid, cgroup information
- build APIs to get per-tgid and per-cgroup info from this
Also I am now accumulating the idle task too so one can see idle time.
On Marlin the resulting DataFrame looks like:
