Evict list of authors from README to CREDITS

- The CREDITS file is modeled after Linux kernel

- Expand the abstract SuSE credit to Andreas Jaeger and Michal Ludvig.
  This was gleaned from the file ltrace.changes of SUSE package ltrace.
  As of this writing the file is shown here:
