Temporary hack to reset Citadel manually
The Citadel kernel driver has been modified to provide an ioctl
that will reboot Citadel if it gets hung, but we don't yet have
that plumbed into userspace.
Until that's done, this can be used to yank Citadel's reset line
from the AP if you first stop citadeld.
Build it:
cd external/nos/host/android/manual_tests
mma -j33
adb push $OUT/vendor/bin/hw/stupid /dev
Stop citadeld:
adb shell
setprop ctl.stop vendor.citadeld
Reset Citadel:
/dev/stupid
Start citadeld again:
setprop ctl.start vendor.citadeld
