pw_unit_test: Make pw_unit_test/framework.h private
- Move pw_unit_test/framework.h to pw_unit_test/internal/. For
GoogleTest compatibility, this header must only be accessed as
gtest/gtest.h.
- Remove required dependency on pw_unit_test, but set
pw_unit_test_PUBLIC_DEPS to include it by default. This removes the
pw_unit_test dep when using a different library, like GoogleTest.
