Remove the default=1 for --jobs option to setup_chromeos.py.
If the --jobs argument is not given, simply run repo sync
without -j and use repo's default (8).
BUG=None
TEST=Ran setup_chromeos.py with/without the flag. Runs repo sync as expected.
