[Android] Regenerate generated files.
Also add dummy pty.h, shadow.h, and utmpx.h files to make my life easier when I regenerate the generated files. This happens on the host, so the checks always decide that those headers are available. Change-Id: I3508f6ba3be07d044070712238d1dcb993844bbb
