esys: openssl stop using bignum context
1. bignum contexts are optional, OSSL can handle it for you.
2. bignum context wasn't always used. In one instance, bctx was NULL
indicating to let OSSL handle the context, then initialized later.
3. bctx initialization wasn't always checked for error.
Just remove it since OSSL can handle it for you.
