wayland: Remove gaming-input-unstable-v1.xmlandroid-mainline-11.0.0_r2android-mainline-11.0.0_r1android11-dev
gaming-input-unstable-v1.xml was already removed from Chromium
repository, and is unused in vendor/google_arc.
