Update xz_wrap.sh.
Use a 32 MiB dictionary instead of 16 MiB for kernel
compression. This is fine for most architectures in Linux
because they use single-call decompression and thus the
dictionary size doesn't affect the decoder memory usage.
But e.g. PowerPC seems to need multi-call decompression,
but let's worry about that if PowerPC gets support for
XZ-compressed kernel.
Drop unneeded options from the xz command line.
