Removing the source version was a big mistake because setting
the source version also implicitly set the target version.
I had forgotten this. When the -source option was removed,
the resulting binaries ran only on a recent JDK version.
This commit restores the -source option and also adds an
explicit -target that is always set to the same value as
the -source. In this commit it's set to Java 5 even though
OpenJDK 8 is the last one that supports it.
Thanks to Brett Okken and Stefan Bodewig.

When the code was Java 1.4, it helped to silence a few
warnings. Now the code is Java 5, but with OpenJDK 9 source
version 5 is no longer supported and version 6 gives a warning
about being deprecated. Seems that it's simplest to forget
the source version option and just be careful to avoid
introducing new language features unintentionally.

This makes the LZMA(2) code compliant with the ArrayCache API
by supporting buffers that are larger than requested.
This assumes that the sizes of the arrays from the cache
will match the requested size. This works with BasicArrayCache
but isn't compliant with the ArrayCache API yet.
In addition to the new constructors, this adds close(boolean)
to these three classes.
Note that nothing actually uses caching yet.
Subclasses must now support ArrayCache:
- getOutputStream(out) -> getOutputStream(out, arrayCache)
- getInputStream(in) -> getInputStream(in, arrayCache)
FilterOptions now provides the old getOutputStream(out) and
getInputStream(in) as wrappers that use the default array cache.
It could return a too high value when in the middle of
an uncompressed chunk.
The variable "finished" was set to "true" in a wrong method
(compare to LZMA2OutputStream) and incorrectly wouldn't
get set in close(). This can lead to wrong behavior if
a buggy application calls functions other than close()
after close() has been called. Non-buggy application don't
do such things and aren't affected by this bug.
This way errors get detected slightly quicker and we avoid
the need to check if the buffer position is still OK.
