Update to rc and beta for May release
Bump collection, annotation, and transition to rc01 Bump everything else to beta00 to lock in API surface Bump to beta01 will occur at EOD, Monday April 29th Source of truth: go/androidx-may-tracker Test: ./gradlew checkApi && ./gradlew verifyDependencyVersions && ./gradlew buildOnServer Change-Id: I207e9071112ecc80f8ef2adb0316dda02fa7df2b
