Enable CONFIG_BCM4339 to boost wifi performance with OOB
Enable CONFIG_BCM4339 to boost wifi performance on 7d-pico,
6ul-pico and 6ul-iopb boards.
With this config enabled, in iperf test,as a client role,
7d-pico average wifi performance increased to 46.36Mbits/sec
from 37.01Mbits/sec under 10 times test.Got a 25% increase rate.
