2012-07-16manifest: Resurrect staging-vexpress and add alternate versionJon Medhurst
The ARM Landing team wish to resurrect the staging build to contain possibly invasive big.LTTLE kernel changes. Also, we will keep a second fallback implementation of this code, so would like to add a second 'alt' manifest referring to a different branch. This avoids repeated editing of the manifest to flip between the two branches, and allows for both to be built at the same time.
