Disable googletest-death-test-test on pre-O
death-test-test fails on pre-O because raise() doesn't reliably report
a killed-by-signal status to the parent. AFAIK, googletest's death
tests are still reliable pre-O as long as we don't rely on raise() to
kill the child process.
