The additional graphic states for the bubble allows it to be
focusable via trackball, which makes it available to
TalkBack for low-vision users. Therefore, this change also
includes a hidden bit of text so that TTS will utter the
name of the widget before the widget's contents.

to show any tips at all)

text to fit in landscape)

Current tips:
1. See all your apps. [LAUNCHER ICON]
Touch the Launcher icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Add items to your Home screen.
Touch & hold an empty spot to add shortcuts or widgets.
3. Rearrange your Home screen.
Touch & hold an item and when it vibrates, drag it
where you want.
4. Multiple Home screens.
Swipe left or right to switch. Move items to other
screens.
5. Remove items. [TRASH ICON]
Touch & hold an item and when it vibrates, drag it to
the Trash icon.
6. See notifications.
Pull the Status bar down from the top of the screen.
7. Configure your phone.
Press the Menu button and touch Settings.
