The brillo fastboot test wasn't properly reading the output of
`fastboot getvar all`; each output line is prefixed by '(bootloader) '
but the test wasn't removing this string during parsing.
This wasn't caught previously because the initial Brillo boards did not
implement `getvar all` so the test was skipped.

The current java faking support is incomplete depending on the device
target. As is, if no config/bdk/java is defined, then java is default
disabled. Until the functionality is robust, it should not be the
default.
(This change also marks a number of bsp-related tests as +x.)
BUG=25737904
TEST=added fake_java_default.sh and verified the passthrough environment
variable had the correct new default and that other tests worked as
expected.
Tested manually with a product and was able to verify both paths.

If someone makes the mistake of updating a released BSP
branch, brunch download will fail because it does a
shallow git clone.
While updating a BSP branch that's part of a released BDK is
wrong and not supported we shouldn't automatically
break every single BDK user out there. We might
try and see if the right revision actually is on
that branch.

The UNRECOGNIZED status is for when there is already data
at an expected BSP link point. Rather than assuming it is
bad and forcibly removing it without prompting the user,
now the user will simply be notified on brunch bsp update.
