Add an OS_LINUX conditional.

* configure.in: Add an OS_LINUX conditional.
* glib/Makefile.am (TESTS): Only check the ABI on
linux, since the shell script is not portable, and libtool
deficiencies may distort the ABI on other platforms. (#161741)
