iw's own build system automatically adds `-fno-strict-aliasing` to
its compile flags. Android currently adds `-fstrict-aliasing` to arm32
builds by default. To ensure no miscompilations on arm32, explicitly set
`-fno-strict-aliasing` for the iw module.
