Revert "Upgrade fastrand to 2.0.1"emu-34-3-release
This reverts commit f00a459d95e87096a8366dc67f5fbfdf33a4e205. Reason for revert: Breaks netsim + emulator due to tempfile's dependency issue. Change-Id: I48b80276c0754d052bcf270d62df7a375340f099
