Fix failing testGenerateToolTipText
Also a bunch of changes made in the process of fixing:
* Add a comment in ResourceHelper#resolveColor on why the last
option from state list is selected
* Make AndroidJavaDocRenderer#renderColorToHtml use helper function
ResourceHelper#colorToString instead of analogous code
* Use more descriptive names in ThemeEditorUtilsTest helper
functions, add message to used assertEquals
